How to add archive mailboxes in Outlook
In your
Outlook Click on File > Options > Open & Export > Open Outlook
Data File
Archive
files are saved in your H drive > Outlook Files
Change the “Look
in” in Field to the appropriate Outlook folder and click open
Select
archive.pst and press OK
You should
be able to see your Archive folder in Outlook Folder Pane
