To reset your Citrix or Office365 password, please visit https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

Enter your email address and characters in picture then click Next

Enter your mobile number and click Text

Enter verification code sent to your mobile and click Next

Enter security questions and click Next

Enter new password and confirm new password, click Finish
