Reset Chrome and Clear History / Cache
Before resetting the chrome browser, make sure your back up the passwords and bookmarks
Go into the menu option and select Settings

Select Auto-fill option to confirm it’s turned on

Expand the Advanced option on the left pane, select Reset and clean up and then Restore setting to their original defaults option

Click on Reset Settings

Go back to the menu (3 dot) and select History

Click in the History menu (3 lines) on the left and select Clear browsing data

Go to the Advanced option, drop down the Time range list and select All time. Check all the options and click Clear data
Close chrome and re-open
Import your passwords back in
Visit a few websites with your credentials
Check and confirm your credentials are auto-filled
