Moving Cells in Excel


Moving cells in Excel allows you to rearrange data quickly. Here’s how to do it:


1. Select the Cells:


- Click and drag to highlight the cells you want to move.


2. Cut the Cells:


- Right-click on the highlighted area and choose "Cut" from the context menu.

- Alternatively, you can press `Ctrl + X` on your keyboard.


3. Select the Destination:


- Click on the cell where you want to move the data.


4. Paste the Cells:


- Right-click on the selected cell and choose "Paste" from the context menu.

Copying Cells in Excel


If you want to create a duplicate of the cells instead of moving them, follow these steps:
