Operative Diary Not Updating in DRS
If you receive a ticket advising Operatives job status is not updating on DRS, please complete the below steps:
RDP onto NGD-SQL01 and open up "Services". Once opened, restart all services ending in SQL.
Once you have done this you can close the RDP session (Do Not Sign Out)
Now RDP onto SRVTOTAL and open "Services". Look for "TotalMobile Intergration Service (livehstm)" and restart.
If you receive an error when trying to restart the TM Service, load the Task Manager and end the process from running. Once this is done refresh the Services and Start the "TotalMobile Intergration Server (livehstm).
If none of this works, RDP onto SRVOHWEB and open "OpenEdge Explorer"
Make sure "srvweb.TMLive" is running
