Training Guide for Pay360 Using Teams



Handling payments via Pay360 during a Teams call. 

 

When you are on a Teams call with a customer and ready to take a payment, follow these steps: 

  1. Step 1: Initiate Payment 


  • From the OH "View Tenancy" screen, click the Pay360 icon.

  1. Step 2: Enter Tendered Amount 


  • In the pop-up window, enter the tendered amount and click Pay.

  1. Step 3: Access the Authorisation Screen  


  • On the next screen, click CallSecure to access the authorisation page. 


 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Step 4: Consult Pay360 

 

  • In the Teams call with customer, click Transfer, then select Consult then transfer

  • On the pop-up window, search for and select Pay360 then click Consult. 


 

 

  1. Step 5: Autorise Payment and Generate Unique Token 


  • While the call connects, go to the payment authorisation page and click Authorise to generate the unique token.

  •  

 

 

  1. Step 6: Enter the Unique Token 


  • Return to the Teams consult call and follow the prompts. Use the Dialpad to enter the unique token.

  1. Step 7: Complete the call 


  • Once the token is successfully entered follow the prompt to transfer the call to the customer.

  1. Step 8: Monitor Customer Progress 

 

  • Observe the customer's progress through the payment process. 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


  1. Step 9: Successful payment 


  • You can view the receipt that has been sent to the customer.


  • Close the payments tab 


 

 

Failed payment 


  • Click OK to go back to the payment page 


 


  • Close the payment page and click YES on the exit prompt to abort the payment

  • Click OK on the Payment attempt unsuccessful prompt 


 

 


Check Diary notes  


You can check the Diary notes to see the payment history. Click on the Diary+ 
 
 


This will now show you a list of the payment history (if payment was successful or failed) 


 


Refresh Tenancy View 

To refresh the Tenancy View screen, exit the window 

 


Now reopen the Tenancy view: Right click the tenancy and select View
