Handling payments via Pay360 during a TouchPoint call.
When you are on a TouchPoint call with a customer and ready to take a payment, follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate Payment
From the OH "View Tenancy" screen, click the Pay360 icon.
Step 2: Enter Tendered Amount
In the pop-up window, enter the tendered amount and click Pay.
Step 3: Access the Authorisation Screen
On the next screen, click CallSecure to access the authorisation page.
Step 4: Consult Pay360
In the TouchPoint call with customer, click Transfer
On the pop-up window, type Pay360 in the search box
Select Pay 360 and then Transfer
Step 5: Autorise Payment and Generate Unique Token
While the call connects, go to the payment authorisation page and click Authorise to generate the unique token.
Step 6: Enter the Unique Token
Return to the TouchPoint consult call and follow the prompts. Use the Dialpad to enter the unique token.
Step 7: Complete the call
Once the token is successfully entered follow the prompt to transfer the call to the customer.
Step 8: Monitor Customer Progress
Observe the customer's progress through the payment process.
Step 9: Successful payment
You can view the receipt that has been sent to the customer
Close the payments tab
Failed payment
Click OK to go back to the payment page
Close the payment page and click YES on the exit prompt to abort the payment
Click OK on the Payment attempt unsuccessful prompt
Check Diary notes
You can check the Diary notes to see the payment history. Click on the Diary+
This will now show you a list of the payment history (if payment was successful or failed)
Refresh Tenancy View
To refresh the Tenancy View screen, exit the window
Now reopen the Tenancy view: Right click the tenancy and select View
